I ordered glasses from you as a new customer on 8th Feb, they arrived today on 14th Feb and I had to email to tell you how thrilled I am with them.
I usually order designer glasses, Lulu Guinness, Tommy Hilfiger and Monsoon. I like to look smart and different, but when my very expensive frames were damaged at work I researched on the web and came across your site. The choice was stunning, the prices unbelievable, the ordering really easy.
I ordered a frame-less style for a tiny fraction of the cost I was fully expecting to pay in a high street store. I expected a catch, but less than a week later they arrived very securely packaged and presented in a stylish firm case, by registered post. Someone had even taken the trouble to carefully wrap each lens, before wrapping the whole frame, then wrapping the case.
You have exceeded my expectations, I am very seriously impressed. They are a perfect fit and extremely comfortable to wear.
The last time I visited my opticians, I had to drive ten miles, pay to park, battle through the crowds, I was kept waiting to be seen, kept waiting when I had picked my frames, kept waiting when I queued to pay, and then had to wait nearly ten days for the frames, when of course I had to drive ten miles, pay to park etc. NEVER AGAIN!
I shall tell all my friends about you, please pass on my heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation to your entire staff. And you have my full permission to quote me if you wish.
